This was my third visit with an audiologist for my first hearing aids. By far the most experienced, professional, and caring. Can't wait for them to come in next week. Before, I was very apprehensive. Pricing was also the best.

Lucye was able to straighten out my issues resulting from two other audiology locations ordering my hearing aids, and then having staff quit. I found Audibel, and worked with Lucye. She was able to take over support of my new Starkey Elvov AI hearing aids; and she knows her stuff!

Perfect! The whole staff was kind, comfortable and friendly. Place is SOO clean and made me feel like royalty with a hearing issue:)

Lucye makes one feel very at ease with my hearing loss journey. She’s a great listener. We laugh as we figure out if it’s selective hearing as my wife call it or true hearing loss.
