Hearing Instrument Specialist
Lucye Ritchey is a National Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. Licensed in both Missouri and Kansas, she has been helping members of the greater Kansas City area with their hearing healthcare needs for many years. Lucye started her career in the hearing industry in 2003 and soon recognized the difference that hearing can make in a person’s life. She connects with her patients throughout their hearing journey; identifying their specific concerns and utilizing her years of experience and knowledge of the latest technology to find an individualized solution for each patient. In her spare time, Lucye enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Patient Care Coordinator
Marsha Douglas has been a Patient Care Coordinator since 2006. She loves seeing the difference that hearing can make in our patient’s lives. Outside of the office, Marsha enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
